Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unsuccessful Repairs: If the issue persists after repair and cannot be resolved upon further inspection.
  • Cancelled Services: If you cancel a repair service before it begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the stage of service.
  • Defective Parts: If a part installed during the repair process is found to be defective, we will either replace the part or issue a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services completed successfully as per the agreed scope of work.
  • Issues arising from unrelated problems discovered after repair.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party interference post-repair.
  • Diagnostic fees, unless waived by Techinred.

3. Warranty on Repairs and Parts

Repairs performed by Techinred are covered under a limited warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will re-evaluate and resolve the problem without additional charges. Refunds for warranty-covered repairs are generally not offered unless further resolution is not possible.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be discussed.

6. Partial Refunds

  • The device has been tampered with by a third party after the service.
  • The issue is unrelated to the repair or service provided by Techinred.
